Designed for Permanent Installation

The DXP-306 Standard features a bolted assembly designed for permanent installation on a suitable mast. Its compact Cobweb configuration provides multiband operation without requiring a large antenna array or a rotator.

The fully modular design allows you to configure the antenna for only the bands you intend to use. For example, if your operating preferences are limited to the 6, 10, 12, and 15-meter bands, you can install only the corresponding elements, keeping the remaining elements stored until needed.

Each band element connects to the distribution box through color-coded connectors. Each band has its own connector color, making identification straightforward, simplifying installation, and helping prevent connection errors.

Durable Construction for Outdoor Use

The DXP-306 Standard is constructed from UV-resistant materials, including fiberglass, acrylic, stainless steel, and silicone-insulated tinned copper wire. These materials are selected to provide a practical balance of strength, durability, and resistance to outdoor exposure.

Our prototype has remained outdoors for several months, exposed to direct sunlight, rain, storms, and winds of up to 25 mph (40 km/h). Extensive field testing across the supported bands has resulted in hundreds of QSOs with stations throughout the United States and many countries around the world.
